Terms of Service

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using Curtain Moments ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
License
The App grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
USER CONTENT
You retain all rights to the content you create or upload to the App, including:
- Information on events (concerts, shows, sports, etc.)
- Photos and ticket images
- Notes and personal data
By using the App, you grant us permission to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services (e.g., storing, backing up, displaying your data).
DIAGNOSTICS & PERFORMANCE
To keep the App stable and fast, we collect anonymous diagnostic data:
- Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reports to fix bugs
- Apple MetricKit: Performance metrics (battery, CPU, memory)
All diagnostic data is anonymous and never linked to your events or identity.
PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION
Some features require a Premium subscription:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds for unused portions of the subscription period
Premium features include iCloud Backup and unlimited event storage.
AI TICKET SCANNING
The AI ticket scanning feature:
- Uses Cloudflare Workers as a secure gateway to OpenAI's API
- Ticket images are processed to extract text information
- Accuracy is not guaranteed and may vary
- You should verify all extracted information
- We are not responsible for errors in extracted data
By using this feature, you agree that ticket images may be processed by third-party services (Cloudflare Workers and OpenAI).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or harmful components
- Results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of data or content
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Service interruptions
You are responsible for backing up your data regularly.
DATA BACKUP
While we provide iCloud Backup as a Premium feature:
- You are solely responsible for backing up your data
- We do not guarantee the availability or integrity of backups
- Backup failures may occur due to iCloud issues beyond our control
- We recommend keeping additional backups of important information
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the App or its services
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
