The projects that best show how we work: from the client's problem to a product in production.

DistrictHub

The problem
Neighbourhoods and mid-sized cities lack a single tool to manage civic reporting — from urban decay to environmental issues, up to more critical cases like crime, alerts and public safety warnings. Citizens and local authorities communicate through fragmented channels, with slow response times and no unified view.

The solution
We designed and built DistrictHub, an ecosystem connecting citizens, local administrations and — in the long-term vision — civil protection and law enforcement, on a single reporting and response platform:

  • Native iOS app in SwiftUI, with modular reporting categories (environment, urban issues, crime, alerts)
  • Firebase backend for real-time data management
  • Retool admin dashboard for authorities to manage incoming reports
  • AI embedded in the development workflow and in automated content moderation, with first-response automation planned as a next step

The result
The project is currently in pilot phase, aiming to validate the model with a first local administration before scaling to more critical categories (safety, alerts) and additional municipalities.

Curtain Moments

The problem
Concert-goers and live event fans accumulate dozens or hundreds of tickets over the years — meaningful memories, but scattered, with no easy way to organise, revisit or rediscover them over time.

The solution
We designed and built Curtain Moments, a native iOS app that turns tickets into a personal archive of memories:

  • Ticket scanning with automatic data extraction via AI (OpenAI): the app recognises the artist and event and automatically creates or updates the corresponding profile
  • Each event can be enriched with photos, videos and people tags
  • A stats section that builds the user's personal timeline: number of events, a map of visited venues, a memory wall
  • iCloud backup and sync

The vision
Next step is a dedicated community, where users will be able to share the events they've experienced and reconnect with other fans.

The result
Published on the App Store since May 2026, built natively in SwiftUI, with AI integration live in production for ticket data extraction.
